As a former teacher, I have had the displeasure of sitting through some of the most mundane and uneventful workshops. Some of them were by choice, others were county and state mandated. Regardless of the situation, they needed to be attended and I always carried out my end of the bargain. However, now I am in the postion to change the mundane side of the events I witnessed.
As an entrepreneur, you need to be able to think from the customer's persepective to be able to efficiently target your audience. I learned a lot from the dreary workshops I was witness to and have created workshops that are not only incredibly informative but also highly entertaining. I will have your teachers engaged and laughing within the first 10 minutes. When the workshop ends, there will be teachers hanging around still prodding my head for ideas. I always have the counties or schools calling me back for repeat business.I am very proud when a single day event turns into a multi-day booking from all the positive reviews they garnered after the workshop. I am proud of the fact that customers request more days after their intial workshop.
